Refund policy

MOONA Returns & Refunds

For orders delivered within the United States, we accept returns of unopened, unused products requested within 30 days of delivery.

To start a return, email moona.tallow@gmail.com with your order number. Please wait for return instructions before sending anything back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. Once your return arrives, we will inspect it and issue any approved refund within 5 business days. Your payment provider may take additional time to post it.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect orders, please email us as soon as possible after delivery with your order number and a description of the issue (photos are helpful). We will work with you to resolve it.

This policy does not limit rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
